An agricultural chemicals and fertilizer supplier based in Southern USA (Gulf Coast region). The company operates a fleet of 15 light-duty pickup trucks, heavy delivery trucks, 14 all-terrain vehicles, and various chemical spreaders and hopper trailers.

Using a major brand engine oil with 4,800 km oil drain intervals, the fleet was experiencing what was perceived as excessive engine and fuel system repairs.
