Description

SWEPCO 722 HiTemp Chain & Roller Lubricant is specifically formulated for clean, energy-efficient lubrication of roller chain assemblies in high temperature environments.

It is particularly suitable for lubricating chains, rollers, bearings, pins, cams, gears and slideways in the baking, annealing, hardening and drying processes used in the production of many plastic, glass, paper, wood, textile, carpet, tile and cement products and other high temperature applications.

Due to its superior ashless, low volatility chemistry, SWEPCO 722 provides excellent protection against wear, rust, oxidation and corrosion without the formation of carbon, varnish, sludge, smoke or unpleasant odors.

SWEPCO 722 HiTemp Chain & Roller Lubricant is a multi-purpose lubricant that provides superior performance in a wide range of high temperature chain and roller applications. It makes chains, bearings, rollers, sprockets, cams, pins, slides and runners run longer, cooler, smoother, quieter and more efficiently, improving equipment life and reliability.

Formulated for High Temperature and Roller Applications

With a Flash Point of 293°C (560+°F), SWEPCO 722 is designed to provide superior lubrication of chain assemblies operating in a variety of commercial and industrial high temperature oven, drying, curing, annealing, heat treating, tensioning, furnace and refractory processes. Chain, roller and other automated conveying methods in the production of paper, wood, glass, carpet, textiles, plastics, brick, tile and cement products, as well as in food processing industries such as bakeries, are just a few of the possibilities.

Many lubricants form troublesome carbon, varnish or gummy deposits in high temperature applications. But SWEPCO 722’s superior, low volatility, ashless chemistry eliminates these deposits. That means conveyor assemblies and chain components require less cleaning, reducing both labor and downtime.
