SWEPCO 501 Premium Diesel Fuel Improver is a highly effective multifunctional diesel fuel enhancer that improves the combustion properties of current low-quality diesel fuels and prevents the formation of sludge, varnish, and gum deposits that slowly deprive diesel engines of their performance.

The unique formula of SWEPCO 501 delivers faster, cleaner, and more complete combustion by increasing the cetane rating of current fuels. At the same time, it combats the most common issues associated with diesel fuel… sludge formation, oxidation, corrosion, ice formation, and the abrasive effects of ultra-low sulfur fuel. The result is cleaner engines and fuel systems, longer injector and injector pump life, better performance, lower emission levels, reduced maintenance costs, and improved fuel efficiency. These issues slowly deprive diesel engines of their performance.

Description and Purpose of SWEPCO 501 Premium Diesel Fuel Improver

It is a highly effective multifunctional diesel fuel additive. In addition to improving lubricity and controlling combustion deposits, it increases the cetane rating of any diesel fuel, including biodiesel. Increased cetane numbers result in improved combustion, lower emission levels, and better cold-weather performance. A special winter formula also provides protection against issues such as wax formation in diesel fuel during cold weather.
