SWEPCO 165 MolyXP Universal Extreme Pressure Grease is a high-quality multi-service lubricant. It is formulated to provide unmatched protection and sealing for a wide range of processes and equipment. The lifespan of process, distribution, and control valves, among others, can be significantly extended with SWEPCO 165.

SWEPCO’s Syntheon™ synthetic base oils, overbased calcium sulfonate base, and advanced additive chemistry, such as MolyXP and Lubium® II, provide:

It is ideal for use in environments with high-pressure, high-temperature, and chemically aggressive conditions, making it an excellent choice for various process, distribution, and control valves.

SWEPCO 165 is successfully used for the lubrication and protection of pipe threads, seals, couplings, well casings, nipples, packings, drive chains, main gears, and crown gears. It can also be used as a heavy-duty grease for the storage and transport of valves, pipes, and fittings.

Ensure optimal operation, longer lifespan, and reduced downtime with SWEPCO 165.

The product is not recommended for valves used for fluorine, oxygen, or strong oxidizing substances, or for check or backflow valves with small openings that may become clogged by solids in the lubricant.
