SWEPCO 512 Premium Performance Booster is specially formulated to upgrade the quality and performance of conventional hydraulic oils (mineral oil or PAO based) to a much higher level. With just one part SWEPCO 512 to 16 parts of hydraulic oil, a standard fluid is transformed into a premium performance hydraulic oil.

• Extends Oil Life – Powerful antioxidants improve thermal stability, slow oxidation and oil thickening, and typically extend oil life by 50% or more. This results in longer drain intervals, lower maintenance costs, reduced waste disposal, and less downtime.
• Rapid Water Separation – Advanced demulsifiers deliver quick and complete water separation. Regular water removal extends both oil and equipment life while reducing the risk of rust and corrosion.
• Prevents Leaks – Conditions seals and hoses to keep them pliable and helps stop small leaks. The built-in UV dye makes it easy to locate the source of stubborn drips and leaks. (Note: severely damaged seals must still be replaced.)
• Reduces Wear & Ensures Smooth Operation – Friction modifiers and anti-wear additives protect pumps, valves, and actuators, extending service life. Foam inhibitors reduce foaming, cavitation, and surging for smoother pump operation.
• Economical to Use – Simple 1:16 treatment ratio. For example, if a system requires 8 gallons (30 liters) of oil, only 0.5 gallon (1.875 liters) of SWEPCO 512 is needed.

Limitations & Cautions

• Not recommended for food grade, biodegradable, or used oils.
• Do not use in silicone fluids, PAG, PEG, or ester-based hydraulic fluids.
• Oils with a TAN (Total Acid Number) of 2.0 or greater should be replaced before using SWEPCO 512 to prevent corrosion.
