STRATSON has various shipping options. We normally send our packages via DSV, provided by UPS. Pallets go via DSV. Sometimes we deviate from this, partly depending on the location to which products have to be sent, which products we have to send and the method (sea or air freight).
Before an order is finalized, we always send an order confirmation first, stating any shipping costs and surcharges.
Any discounts are only shown after the order has been placed by means of an order confirmation.
- For deliveries outside the Netherlands surcharges may apply.
- You will always receive a confirmation from us, any order placed is actually an initial request for a quotation.

One of the other shipping options is that you arrange the transport yourself. That is possible, but we do request that you indicate a date and time slot of approximately 2 hours in advance when your carrier wants to pick up the products. We are not always present due to visits to relations. It would be annoying if he were to stand in front of a closed gate.
